What is the detail material use for hotel bedroom furniture sets?

1. All part for carry heavy will use solid wood / timber wood, hard wood, you can choose different type of solid wood, such as solid rubber wood imported from Thailand, ash wood from Russia, birch wood imported from Europe, and so on.

2. The wood veneer type are varies, such as oak, ebony wood veneer, rose wood veneer and so on. Natural wood veneer thickness is 0.6mm, engineer wood veneer thickness is 0.45mm.

3. Velvet fabric, cover with foam density between 35 to 45 degree for different part. Velvet fabric also can change to linen fabric or PU leather. The PU leather or fabric are US standard fire retardant.

4.Artificial marble, price not over USD80 per square meter is acceptable. Can be change to natural marble if price acceptable. The marble thickness is depending on different kind of marble type. 

5.Piano painting finished, black walnut color, closed painting with 5 layer bottom paint and surface 3 layer painting.

2.Q: How soon can i get the production drawing after place order?

R: We need 5 to 10 days to prepare the shop drawing after you pay deposit. It depend on how many items in total. If the order is urgent, we will short the days to within 4 days.
