Dark graphite fabric / leather upholstery with gray aluminum profile frame creates the looks of the banquet chair very modern, fashion and universal, quite match hotel wedding hall and conference room use. The foam and fabric are all with UK BS7177 fire proof treatment, which cuts down risk of a fire and any other fire source like smoking and match. Besides the duration of the chair, the fabric are also in abrasion resistant. The aluminum frame painted in 3 layer powder coated silver color, with an additional layer of anti-upholstery lacquer to prevent scratching of everyday use.
The frame of this banquet chairs are made by aluminum profile in a width of 25*25 mm and thickness in 2.1mm. The perfect frame provides safety and stability during everyday ‘s busy usage.
The seat of the chair
The seat of this banquet chair is made from a non-polyurethane foam, which prevent the chair from deformation after long time usage, lasting the life of the chair. A plywood panel in 9mm thickness sits under the foam seat, which protects the chair from cracking in case of sudden pressure by human sitting. There also has an aluminum profile beam under the seating to reinforce the chair structure, which ensuring the stability and safety of the chair.
UPHOLSTERY
In order to make the chair available for hotel banquet hall and wedding hall use, we has make the chair specially in the line of fire proof upholstery to meet the requirement of UK local government fire retardant standard. This UK standard specify the method of testing by a combination of materials such as roofing and fillings used in the seats, exposed to a smoldering cigarette, as a source of ignition, which reduces fire hazard.

The chair can be stack up to 18 piece in one package, a few hundred of chairs can store in a very small warehouse, which welcome by hotel and restaurant without large warehouse.
