2.The furniture are using natural wood veneer, which the thickness is 0.6mm, and look more natural. Wood veneer type is black walnut, red cherry, American red and white oak, ebony, Russia ash tree.

3.Fire retardant UK standard both for fabric and foam, high quality and high density for all the upholstery furniture. The fabric fire retardant standard can be change to US standard if need. And the fabric also can to change to PU leather type.

4.The minibar on the wardrobe, natural marble or artificial marble for options, price within USD75/SQM is acceptable. The marble type have many option. The marble thickness is 16mm to 18mm. 

5.Environmental brand painting on surface, matt finished in black walnut color. Matt finished in closed painting or open painting for choose. Shining finished in closed painting type.
